If you know much about editing the registry, here's all you need to know:

My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window Title = "Whatever you want in the Title Bar"

However, if the above looks like garb, read on.

In order to change what is displayed on the title bar, you have to make a change to what is called the 'Registry'. You've probably heard about it before, maybe in some dark geeky corner at a party, but it's actually is a really interesting and powerful component of windows. Basically, it holds all the data (Options, Recent documents, etc.) that Windows (or any application) needs to be able to change while running.

For example, lets look at Microsoft Word. In Word, each time you open a document the location and name of that document is saved into a recent documents list (you know, the one that you see at the bottom of the File menu). That list in kept in the registry. Lots of other things are kept in the registry, like a list of all the hardware that is in your computer... and well, I'm getting in a little too deep. Let's see how to make a change to it.

Before we go messing with the registry, it's always a good idea to back it up.
